FAQ
CrownCards is a pack-opening platform for real collectibles. You buy a pack, tear it open yourself, and every pull lands in your vault until you decide whether to sell it back or have it shipped.
Yes. Every pull is a real item, not just a picture of one. Ask for it and it is packed and sent to your door with tracking; sell it back instead and the money goes to your balance.
Yes, on every pack. Before you spend anything, the pack shows the odds for each rarity and what a pull can be worth, and What’s inside shows its top hits.
It lands in your vault, where you choose to sell it back or ship it. Each card shows how long it has left: cards you don’t ship are sold back automatically after 7 days.
Pick the card and accept the buyback offer shown on it. The money is in your balance right away.
Yes. Cash out to a bank account, PayPal or Venmo, in US dollars, euros, pounds, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars or rupees. The panel shows the fee and the exchange rate before you confirm, not after.
We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping is quoted at checkout for the address you enter, tracking appears in Shipments once the carrier has the parcel, and a request can be cancelled while it is still being prepared.
Every pack you buy moves your rank, and higher ranks pay more back: a bonus on what you spend, rewards when you rank up, and a bigger daily reward. Ranks do not expire on you.
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Whatever is available for your region shows up on the deposit screen once you are signed in.
Bonus cash is spendable on packs from the moment it lands, but it only becomes withdrawable once its play-through requirement has been met. Your wallet shows what is left of each grant and when it expires.
Every listing shows the card’s grading status, and the grading company and grade where one exists. A card that has not been graded says so rather than implying a grade it does not have.
KYC is the identity check that has to pass before a withdrawal can be released, and before certain account actions. It is asked for once; your profile shows where the check currently stands.
An opened pack is final — that is what makes the odds mean anything, and a pull you did not like is not a fault. Payment errors, damaged deliveries and missing cards are a different matter: reach out and we will put them right.
